Trans-Tel Central, Inc. has extensive direct experience in design, implementation and
support of Electronic Private Automated Branch Telecommunications Exchanges
(EAPBX systems also known as PBX). We specialize in Federal Installations including
United States Air Force, Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Services.
These systems included on-premise, voice PBX systems that include Voice Mail,
Auto Attendant, Automatic Call Distribution functions and Emergency DC Power Systems.
As a result of our experience and past performance, TTC has been awarded projects
totaling an estimated $50 Million. These projects included installation and/or maintenance
of Private Branch Exchange systems as large as 6,000 telephone stations.
Performance ratings and many other customer satisfaction indicators prove that we
consistently provide high quality, efficient, cost-effective services
to our customers. Historically Trans-Tel Central has specialized in the offering a true
turnkey solution from conceptual design to test and turn up. Although our core business
has been focused on Federal Government and Commercial markets, we value our
diversity in all facets of the Telecom Industry.
Trans-Tel Central utilizes experienced Telecom Project Managers who have
started and completed a minimum of three (3) projects of the magnitude of our projects.
Our Telecom Installation Project Managers are responsible for fully coordinating and
supervising all contractor/sub-contractor personnel in all phases of the installation,
training, inspection, cutover, and final acceptance of each telephone system.
